You can only import the products from your orders that have status "Payment accepted". The connector lists those paid orders and lets you push their products to your Shopify, either automatically or one by one. You cannot import products you have not purchased. 02. #### What product information will be synced from Q2 to my Shopify? When you import a product, we send to your Shopify: title, description, features (composition, fit, sizing, model info), all images, retail price in your currency, and all variants. The product is created as Active. 03. #### When will my products be imported? Two modes. Automatic: products are queued as soon as your order is marked paid; click one button to send them to Shopify. Manual: decide order by order and product by product when to import. 04. #### Will my Shopify inventory be updated automatically? If you enable inventory sync, whenever Q2 stock changes for an imported product, we update the stock in your Shopify. If you disable it, we only push products once. 05. #### What prices will I see in my Shopify? We send the retail price (recommended for end consumer), NOT the wholesale price. The price is sent in your store currency: USD, EUR or GBP. You can always adjust afterwards. 06. #### What if I already imported the same product before? We will not duplicate it. If you buy the same product again in a new order, we detect it already exists in your Shopify and skip the import. 07. #### What if a product is no longer available in Q2? Discontinued products cannot be imported. You will see a clear "no longer available" message. If you really need it, contact customer service. 08. #### Is my Shopify data secure? Yes. We use Shopify's official OAuth protocol, so we never see your password or credentials. You authorize Q2 from your own admin and can revoke access anytime. 09. #### Can I disconnect anytime? Yes. Click "Disconnect Shopify" anytime from your dashboard. Products already imported stay in your Shopify. You can reconnect later if you change your mind.
